Question - How does the initial consultation work?
Your first session will be an opportunity for you to discuss the issues that have led you to seek counselling. We will also look at some of the stressors that maybe contributing to your issues. The session may also explore your best 'hopes' or what you would like to get out of the counselling sessions.
Question - How often will we meet?
While it is different for everyone. I encourage client's to book regular sessions weekly. This helps me to support you better in our work together and helps you build on making long term changes.
